This beautiful brand new 2021 home had a large undeveloped backyard that the owners wanted upgraded to include landscaping and hardscape features like pavers, a fire pit, grill, an attached structure, a fixed bench, landscape and hardscape lighting, and a hot tub. The design under went 9 revisions and finally settled on a reduced scope that will be broken out over time into multiple phases to account for the client's budget.

Arvada, CO Project
A brand new home had a simple front yard with woodchips and the client wanted to replace those with rock and some privacy trees and bushes. They wanted to see that vision first, so the photos here show just that with mature trees.
